Each of us has a passion that must continue to cultivate, only in this way a dream becomes reality ...

My name is Filippo Fontana and I have chosen to open "IL SAPORE DELLA PASSIONE", because I love transforming raw materials into something completely different. After attending years of school, specialization courses and a long apprenticeship in France, I am pleased to invite you to my craft workshop.
